Description: There is a 'raw' page for species but nonetheless, we need to display verbatim values consistently across species, occurrence, and dataset pages.

Here is how the Dataset page intends to display verbatim metadata as per http://dev.gbif.org/issues/browse/POR-177

Therefore, the applicable changes needed on the Species page are:

-If no interpreted value exists, the verbatim value is displayed in a different color indicating that it is of type verbatim
-If the interpreted value exists, the verbatim value is shown in a hover over (see issue: http://dev.gbif.org/issues/browse/POR-176)]]>
