Description: Descriptions can get very long with many articles and translated in various languages. They also are not the primary target for GBIF.
Therefore lets put them into a new block on the species page and remove them from the overview to gain space.

The new block should be similar to the images block and only show a single description at once and offer a convenient topics overview on the right side with available languages also shown.
