Description: The occurrence menu entry should take you to a search home page with basic metrics, e.g. total counts and counts by basis of record.

This issue was partially implemented, there's not a specification of what should we show on that page; temporally the home page is showing available counts.
We must specify clearly what we want in the occurrence home page.
