The sub menu items not implemented are all greyed out now. Change was committed in http://code.google.com/p/gbif-portal/source/detail?r=1116

Question: What about the top-menu items such as Data, Community, and About GBIF? They are all links to nothing, even Data. Given there were no sub menu items for Community, I just greyed it out entirely. If feels like the menu item shouldn't be a link though, or take the user to a default page at least. For example, clicking on Data brings the user to Occurrences.

Ok, the remaining ones on the homepage have also been greyed out. Change was committed in http://code.google.com/p/gbif-portal/source/detail?r=1130

Anything else we should grey-out, or do you think this is fine for now?
