Description: A common use case for the occurrence search page, is that a user only wants to search occurrence records that have been georeferenced.

The only way to filter occurrence records that have been georeferenced right now, is by adding a bounding box filter. Even in this case, however, there is no way to select global coverage when making a bounding box, so the user needs to try and make as large of bounding box as they can.

My proposed enhancement is:

Extend the location filter by adding a checkbox that says "global coverage". A help text popup can explain that "selecting this checkbox overrides the bounding box, and will return any occurrence record so long as it has been georeferenced."  ]]>
