Description: On the Occurrence search, I would recommend:

1. Not showing the "Apply Filter" button until there is a filter to apply.

- Why? Because without having clicked the little "+" button to add the filter, the user can unknowingly click "Apply Filter", resubmitting a search with no filter. It happened to me!

2. Pluralizing the button when there are > 1 filters. So, "Apply Filters"

- Why? It gives the user a sense that their subsequent filters have actually been added. ]]>
