Description: If a user goes to a dataset detail page, which includes a *Taxonomic Coverage* section, he/she might click on a taxon shown, and expect to get results from only the rank he/she is clicking on
1. Go to http://staging.gbif.org:8080/portal/dataset/9e7ea106-0bf8-4087-bb61-dfe4f29e0f17
2. Scroll down to Taxonomic Coverage
3. Click on *Magnoliophyta* (Phylum)
The page shown is http://staging.gbif.org:8080/portal/species/search?q=Magnoliophyta which includes above 2 million results
The proposal is to include an extra filter "rank=Phylum" (in this case) to filter out other results from other ranks.
e.g.
http://staging.gbif.org:8080/portal/species/search?q=Magnoliophyta&rank=phylum
I can do this change. This issue is more to get +1, or -1s on this decision.]]>
