Description: When following a news keyword, for example hit "africa here at the bottom right:
http://staging.gbif.org/drupal/page/132

you are taken to this page:
http://staging.gbif.org/drupal/taxonomy/term/289

1 - the url should be /drupal/newsroom/tag/africa
2 - the infoband needs some heading. Suggest "News tagged with africa"
3 - the paging should be the regular paging style we use in the portal, e.g. in searches here (also see attached screen): http://staging.gbif.org:8080/portal/dataset/search?q=species]]>

Comment: Try to use /newsroom/tag/{ID}. If not feasable we need to udpate the UAT varnish configuration
