Description: After discussion in POR-444 between [~mdoering], [~fmendez], and myself it has been decided that the autocomplete scientific name feature should be removed from species search.
The reasons for removing it include:
1) An autocomplete on scientific name functions more like a filter.
2) It leads the user to believe they can only search for scientific names, not common names, descriptions, etc. Ultimately, the species search is intended to work like a Google search.
3) The autocomplete at times confuses the user, returning multiple scientific names with the same name (see screenshot). ]]>

Comment: we have to revert this commit, species_autocomplete.js was being used by occurrence filters (occ search and download pages)
