Comment: With the decision of using the CoL species counts as the primary ones I feel lost in this task as we cannot use any backbone metric anymore. Shall we present stats of the CoL instead? The entire search is based on the backbone, not CoL. Should we change that too? We introduce a out consistency hell by using wrong CoL numbers just to hide the fact we have too many species in our backbone. I would advocate more transparency as why we face that situation, but not pretend something that we don't use.
