Comment: the current locale is not being picked up by the portal because 3 letter language codes are not being interpreted

Comment: works now, but another language than english is the current locale Ill change teh behavior so that the english name will come second and only then the names in an alphabetical order

some english names havent been shown because we limit the number of loaded vernacular names to 20 only. This commiti increases them to 100
