Need to define the level:
- accepted / synonym are displayed under the Status header in the Overview block and the Synonyms header of the Taxonomy block
- rejected names, junior synonyms etc. (; if available in standardised form (nom. inval., nom. illeg.), suggest to append them to the full name in the Overview box without a separated header ("Genus species (author) authorteam, nom. illeg.")

here are some example usages with a nom status given:

I tend to put this into the overview somewhere. Maybe simply add it to the "Status"? Then we simply have taxonomic and nomenclatural status there
