Comment: We had discussed this at the design stage and decided against (visual clutter). Will bring this back into discussion when we have several good examples for long pages to consider.

- For potentially long pages (species, name usage), should we add a Table of Contents (ToC) / navigation links to the page? Similarly, a “top” navigation back from each block to the ToC?
—> This had been discussed in the design stages (II/III 2011), and advised against by Vizzuality as adding too much clutter. At the point of discussion, it was not yet quite clear how many of the pages really would have a lot of content, so that the decision between potential clutter (adding additional navigation elements to potentially rather short pages) vs. easier overview (if a major number of pages really have a lot of content) may need to be postponed until the picture is clearer.
