Description: add a new tab that lists all GBIF participants, seems like the natural place for this. http://portaldev.gbif.org/node/other would not be needed anymore, but the participant status and node type would be prominently marked

Comment: I agree we should have a single landing page showing all GBIF Participants, eventually with colour-coded map for the countries and a list for the non-country participants, but at this stage I think it is sufficient to have these two lists (countries and organizations) on separate pages - tabbed? - with a note at the top of each indicating that underlined countries/organizations refer to current Participant nodes. We will then link to those pages from the 'how to publish' page at http://portaldev.gbif.org/publishingdata/howtopublish#endorsement and from the footers under 'who's participating'

Comment: It makes sense to add the full list of Participants on an extra tab under Participation, with the path xx/participation/list . This will be a list with the Participant name and relevant category, each with link to the country/node page. As soon as Cip generates the voucher from which to extract the lists of Voting, Associate Country and Other Associate Participants from IMS, I can construct that page.
