Summary: ordering of list of published datasets is unclear....
Description: ordering of list of published datasets is unclear. Make it "Recently published datasets", order by creation date and show the date as well as dataset size in the subline.

Dataset list item format was standardized in POR-1429

Now it is quite clear, that ordering is done by updated date.

Closing issue as won't fix.
