These are all correct for now. We need to discuss the mechanism for implementing the newsletter signup, which currently works through an html page linked to the old www portal server - will be chasing this up with Cip in coming days but for now let's keep the link to the newsroom page.
For the key documents, all of these have orc links which will redirect to the Drupal resources pages - they are:
Data use agreement http://www.gbif.org/orc/?doc_id=2779&l=en
Data sharing agreement http://www.gbif.org/orc/?doc_id=2780&l=en
Memorandum of Understanding: http://www.gbif.org/orc/?doc_id=2955&l=en
Annual Report: http://www.gbif.org/orc/?doc_id=5304
Strategic Plan: http://www.gbif.org/orc/?doc_id=2792&l=en
Work Programme: http://www.gbif.org/orc/?doc_id=4394&l=en

Thanks Tim, just added those to the portal:

I do not get any redirects for the ORC, but I guess this feature is coming once we got the corresponding drupal pages?
