Comment: screenshot shows the same content using an ordered list with current CSS - which can be modified if a different style is preferred. Using these ordered lists a consistent styling is enforced across the site

The point is correct and I will be editing this page.
In due course we will also be producing tips and guidelines for authoring Drupal pages so we can ensure consistent editorial style.
