Issue 13789
html tags in registry content break the layout

Summary: html tags in registry content break the layout
Description: Some text entries in the registry apparently contain html markup to format them for the old registry, in particular for inserting line breaks (http://gbrds.gbif.org/browse/agent?uuid=16ab5405-6c94-4189-ac71-16ca3b753df7). This causes the layout in the new representation to break (http://portaldev.gbif.org/network/16ab5405-6c94-4189-ac71-16ca3b753df7). If formating of descriptions via html is considered desirable, test how to best handle the input to avoid broken layout.

Comment: The pipe character will only be applied to the address field! If we need formatting elsewhere please raise that individually

Comment: The description is a good candidate to allow basic html by the way. Filtering out anything but h1-5,p,br,ul,ol,li could be a valid option for description fields
