Description: In the IMS, the entry for the Japan Participant has 6 contacts registered: head of delegation, temporary head of delegation, and four additional delegates. None of those show at http://portaldev.gbif.org/country/JP/participation.
Is the reason possibly that there is no Institution/Organization assigned to this node? For other nodes, address information is inserted from the data of the linked institution. In this case, such an institution does not exist. The contacts mentioned above should be directly linked to the Participant entry.]]>

Checking internally whether a node institution should be registered in the IMS, and if so, whether that is the reason for the contacts not being displayed, or whether a technical solution is needed.
For the launch and nodes meeting, any partipant will typically check their own representation again, so available data should show.
