Comment: Using the MOU2012_Date participant column in the IMS to show if MOU was signed or not

Comment: Yes, but you need a combination of that field with the 'GBIFmembership' one, to ensure that they are members currently. Some participants are still considered members even if the real MoU has not yet being signed, and an ex-participant will still have a date in the signature even if they dropped.

Are we sure we want a table layout? Normally we use simple lists with a footer for those kind of things.
For example published datasets in http://portaldev.gbif.org/publisher/76905ca0-1e21-11de-9ca0-cd203b273f5d

Comment: To the comment from last Sunday: signature status of MoUs should _not_ be included - thanks!

Comment: Layout: confirmed with TH that this should be a table, as in http://portaldev.gbif.org/governance/standingcommittees, especially as we want to keep the joining date ("member as of") as a separate field.
