Description: 1. For a non-country participant, the subtitle currently reads "A GBIF Associate Other Participant". It should be "A GBIF Other Associate Participant", or "A GBIF Associate Participant.
2. The Member Status needs to read "Other Associate Participant"
3. As no GBIF region will be attached to many non-country members, the enum value needs to cater for "N/A" or similar
