Believe the root to be bad data in the GBRDS. I fixed the bad ñ character in his name: http://gbrds.gbif.org/browse/agent?uuid=4baf4e1d-f960-49d1-b09a-8012bd38eb20

After next registry migration, I expect this to disappear.

On datasets coming from IPTs, bad characters are the result of bad registry updates. IPT v2.0.5 fixes this problem.
