Summary: Downloads (big download path) are sometimes empty
Description: [~ahahn] reports several attempts at downloading all plants ending in an apparently successful download but on inspection the archive contains only meta.xml and metadata.xml. The oozie step that does the search also finished much too quickly.

Comment: It appears to be limited to her account with name: Andrea. After making a new account her downloads worked properly. Still worth understanding, but reduced from blocker to major.
