Summary: Copy & Zip phase of download takes way too long for large resultsets
Description: eg the query where country = 'Canada' produces 5gig uncompressed data file and 100meg compressed file, but takes an hour to complete.

Comment: copying takes a long time, that's probably understood by anyone doing a big download
