Description: I think the linkage of commit or smart commit thing has something to do when I click 'commit' tab in any issue. See commit.png. But then when I click 'connect' on the "Fisheye", it shows error message (after commit.png), which is confusing when it says "Application 'GBIF Atalassian Bamboo' seems to be offline. Click here to Relocate.

Comment: This is related to a previous version of Atlassian tool set and may not be reproduced. Will file issue if the same exists in the current version.
