Description: The FragmentProcessor writes these to ROE and updates FP but logs nothing about why.

Comment: These are dwca that have duplicate triplets and as such are considered invalid by the IdentifierStrategy of the FragmentProcessor. Was only being logged at debug hence not visible. This rule has moved up to the DwcaValidator where an entire dataset will be invalidated if there are duplicate triplets (with appropriate logging).
