OccurrenceFragmentedMessage should not have nullable schemaType

Summary: OccurrenceFragmentedMessage should not have nullable schemaType
Description: I had to make schemaType nullable for now. I think we should not do that but extend schemaType with something else like OTHER or DWCA and then maybe also add a "isXml" method like Oliver proposed. "null" is so ambiguous.
