Summary: Brazil occ count differs btw old and new portals
Description: They should be the same. New portal cube and solr agree on count, so must be hbase. One dataset that's suspicious is 7bd65a7a-f762-11e1-a439-00145eb45e9a which shows ~100k brazil in new portal and ~250k in old.

Comment: problem stems from mistake in "rollover" from mysql to hbase where the country code was not being written for anything without lat lng. Fixed in that processing.
