Summary: Play with coprocessors to trigger portions of rollover workflow relevant to column updates
Description: When certain fields in the ror row are updated the relevant piece of the rollover should be triggered eg lat, long updated triggers reverse geocode to find country.  Resulting country should be updated in the interp cf.  Use coproc to trigger process.

Comment: Turns out Coprocessors only come with HBase 0.92 and we're on 0.90.4.
