Description: A test class for DateParsingUDF is needed.

-It should test dates in the current year are supported - see OCC-182
-It should test partial dates, like the one reported in OCC-183
-It should ensure we comply with the decision to either convert a single year to a date (2013 becomes Jan 1, 2013) - see POR-266 ]]>
