Summary: Merge 0.1 branches of rollover and occurrence-store back into trunk
Description: We're not using the trunk version and have no plan on continuing work on it (was Hive Avro stuff) so we should abandon the branch and merge it back into trunk.

Comment: Yes, the trunk udfs are used by my mysql-import of raw occurrence records into hbase.  They have changed a bit from the branch, but not too much, i think.

The trunk udfs in use could be moved to a new package in the branch and then the branch could become the new trunk again.
But because of potential higher impact than we think this is left for 2013.

Comment: This is too risky and time-consuming for the minor reward it offers. Unlikely to ever be used again since HIT indexing has been turned off.
