Description: For a few cube metrics we need to have a protocol property on the Occurrence class using the existing APIs EndpointType enumeration.
It is the protocol that we used to harvest the fragment and we should be able to determine that during fragmenting?

Add protocl property to the Occurrence class, the HBase table and populate it during the interpretation (?) step.]]>
