Summary: Rename JacksonJsonProvider to reduce confusion with jersey class of same name
Description: Our class called JacksonJsonProvider does not do the same thing as the jersey class of the same name yet it depends on the jersey class being configured.  Our class should be renamed to reflect this.  I propose JacksonJsonContextResolver, since it implements ContextResolver.  The RegistryJacksonJsonProvider should be renamed to follow the same convention.
