Summary: Change Occurrence Parser to accept InputStreams in addition to files
Description: org.gbif.occurrence.OccurrenceParser currently does not accept InputStreams which it needs to do for the Fragmenter to work properly (that and/or byte arrays, but converting a byte array to an InputStream is easy)
