Description: Quite a few occurrences have a zero/zero coordinate which is highly unlikely.
For example this record (like many others in this dataset) is exposed with an interpreted location of 0.0/0.0 while clearly stating its in Argentina:

The geographic cleaning processing should catch these zero coordinates and remove the coordinate completely]]>

Comment: Our policy has always been to flag bad geo with an issue but leave the coords. That's happened here (geospatialIssue 32) so I think this part is correct. Maybe maps need to better respect those issues though. Will all be revisited with occurrence widening process anyway.
