Crawler components do not survive ZK disconnect

Summary: Crawler components do not survive ZK disconnect
Description: When they get disconnected they may reconnect, not sure. But if it happens multiple times they may not survive. Additionally we need to make sure we reacquire logs etc. In the case of the crawlserver we may want to abort instead.
