Description: We want to have the ability to "orderly" abort a running crawl. This should still send a summary message at the end

Comment: This needs to work for the XML as well as the DwcA based crawler. We have a field "aborted" in the CrawlContext in the crawler project but the DwC-A workflow does not have such an object so we need another way.
