Description: When we use sudo (ie root) to start our apps the writes screw up (bad users, can't delete/write). Seems to be settings problem on the hosting server (pzb2.gbif.org). Should be mounted with all_squash, anongid, anonuid as per

Comment: went with all_squash only, since nobody user appears consistent across our machines
