Summary: Support content namespace http://rs.tdwg.org/dwc/terms/ for TAPIR
Description: Our mockhost TAPIR installation uses this namespace ({{http://rs.tdwg.org/dwc/terms/}}) which is not yet supported in the Crawler.

* Query template
* Adapt the crawler to understand this new namespace
* The Occurrence Parser needs to understand it as well for fragmenting
