Summary: Incorporate Tim's crawler-ui branch into trunk
Description: Tim created a branch of the crawler-ws in https://code.google.com/p/gbif-crawler/source/browse/#svn%2Fbranches%2Fcrawler-ui which includes a couple of changes that need to be incorporated into trunk. Some of these changes may require gbif-api changes if we decide to change the DatasetCrawlMetrics object for example
