Description: Currently we do not support http://rs.tdwg.org/dwc/terms/ (which is the new DwC version).

There is something we can use as the output model: http://rs.tdwg.org/tapir/cs/dwc/terms/2009-09-23/model/dwc_simple.xml

but a search template is missing (e.g. http://rs.gbif.org/templates/tapir/dwc/1.4/sci_name_range.xml)

Then we need to add it to TapirCrawlJob and TapirScientificNameRangeRequestHandler

This issue stops us from Crawling the GBIF TAPIR Mock host]]>
