Description: It would be great to be able to search by collection method. For example, my use case is that I want to get records of bees that have been collected with water bowl traps. This is a common method of collection for bees. I have tried many ways - it doesn't seem that one can search on this information.  Or am I wrong?  Possibly add this in the future?

A rather difficult issue as there is no simple standardisation existing. The search could be done in 2 ways, either on the record or the dataset level. dwc:samplingProtocol can be used to indicate the method http://rs.tdwg.org/dwc/terms/#samplingProtocol
But also within EML on the dataset level the method can be described.

For both it would be good to have a controlled vocabulary, maybe taken from some ontology?
