Description: Hello. I just change from the old web page to the new one.

The format of the txt files are much better but I've been having so many problems downloading the data that is really time consuming. There are some problems when making the queries, you click download and nothing happens. Also, having many mails with the downloads is not useful.
Filters could be also more friendly to use and have multiple filters like year, countries, many scientific names. I have tried this but then download is impossible.

In general, although the data format is much better the web page is much more complicated to use

I wrote Veronica on Nov 13, 2013, notifying her that:

-There are known problems on older Windows operating systems
-The fact that she was getting emails, however, indicates that downloads were getting triggered.
-Each download triggers a new email.
-Searches with multiple filters should work, providing her with an example query

I never heard back from her, so I'm assuming the information provided was sufficient.
