Summary: PDF Files downloaded from new portal appear corrupted
Description: When downloading resources e.g. the 2013 Science Symposium brochure, and GBIF Strategic Plan, file down loads but then will not open (see screenshot for message).

I can download the Programme for the GBIF Science Symposium 2013.
