Description: Hello,

I used since few weeks now the news GBIF data portal... which is really nice! It became easy to use and download data.
The filter, to reduce the number of occurrence is a tool really good. For you and the users, there is less data to download.

I have some suggestion:
- I tried to download a large dataset (all occurrences from Sweden). It seems to work, but when I tried to import it in my database; I saw that the file wasn't completed... It stop at the 3 574 695 line. I know this is maybe due to the too large number of occurrences, but I can be nice to have an error alert which prevent that we don't get all the data.
- It is really useful to be able to go in the user profile and see the historical of downloads and the filter details. Here, it can be interesting to have the number of occurrences downloading.
- finally, for various raisons, I use PostGis which is really easy to use with QGIS, but my problem at each time with the Gbif data, is to import it into my PostGIS database. So it can be nice to have the possibility to choose the format of the extraction (.csv, txt, etc...).

Thanks

Oliver addressed his download problem in PF-1293, and has been in touch over email.

The other feedback is noted.
