Description: Proposal: underneath the "published datasets" section on a publisher page, add another section for "hosted datasets.

This is important to give due credit to institutions that do not own datasets, but provide hosting services and support]]>

Comment: We agreed this wasn't needed, since it was so easy to click through to the hosted installation and see all datasets served by this installation.
