Description: We need to check for consistency of header sizes across pages.

Click How to publish data? from infrastructure summary page (with correct sized headers): http://localhost:8080/infrastructure/summary Immediately, you notice the difference in header sizes. ]]>

Comment: Difference compared to what? On my browser both the reported URL "http://portaldev.gbif.org/publishingdata/summary" and  the one for "How to publish data" render <h1> equal withing pixel range

This, and other news detail pages have oversized headers that need to be fixed.

Is there a reason they are so big? Can I propose something much smaller, and make it a blue link for consistency?
