Description: It looks like the processing logic may be trying to remove duplicates. If so, it is over-ambitious.
It should be possible to have multiple occurrences for a given catalogNumber, collectionCode and institutionCode. Here's one specific example among for a real example of an individual organism with multiple occurrences, but sharing a specimen catalog number.
GBIF ID: 785940024 comes from the MSB Mammal Collection, catalog number 263731. This individual (dwc:individualID=http://arctos.database.museum/guid/MSB:Mamm:263731) has two occurrences (occurrenceID=urn:occurrence:Arctos:MSB:Mamm:263731:1941368 and occurrenceID=urn:occurrence:Arctos:MSB:Mamm:263731:1941369) on different dates and locations. One can look at the dcterms:references location (http://arctos.database.museum/guid/MSB:Mamm:263731) to see the full detail of the record for the organism, with all of the information for the two occurrences of the individual.
