Suggest to model along the current network pages for the time being, see http://data.gbif.org/datasets/network/3/:
- map with records contributed through the network
- number of datasets (belonging to x publishers?) participating in the network
- total number and georeferenced number of occurrence records
- network name
- network website
- network description
- link to filtered list of participating datasets
- additional: contact name, email and possibly other contact data (NB information content does not exist in the registry so far)

Comment: I expect that this page will in the end live close to the "region" page (at http://dev.gbif.org/wiki/display/PDES/Sitemap+draft), and probably follow a similar design. As this is in turn waiting for the country page design to be consolidated, I assume that we should treat this network page as a temporary placeholder.

There are temporary network pages already in the portal showing the basic information as we show with any other "member" as a start:

We might need to update the staging registry, that db only contains 2 networks, GBIF and KNB:

Comment: [~ahahn@gbif.org] this duplicates POR-3082 which is newer and probably more complete. I'd like to recommend reviewing this issue and migrating relevant content to the other issue and closing this one when finished. Thanks.
