The items under 'Table of Contents' are impossible to interpret - we should create an enum and a manually managed dictionary parser based on the current distinct values found (see attachment)]]>

Comment: file with distinct description types attached, sorted by the number of their appearance in checklist bank. We could create an enum for the most frequent entries and group all other very specific ones under OTHER and show them all in the Table of Content
